Se me dió por buscar el otro día en internet algunos juguetes que tenía cuando era chico, allá en Argentina, y viendo fotos por Google fui a parar a un sitio de venta online que ofrecía una camioneta Galgo 4x4 en perfecto estado, incluyendo el envoltorio original.
Estas camionetitas fueron un furor allá por 1997 o 1998 creo recordar, y todos queríamos tener una. Como eran muy simples, funcionaban con una pila AA normal y no eran muy caras se extendieron bastantes y casi todos los pibes del barrio tenían una.
Por supuesto que nos pasábamos horas en el arenero de la plaza haciendo pistas, y el sueño de mas de uno era tener un circuito 4x4 como el que aparecía en la propaganda, con puentes hechos con palitos simulando un puente real de troncos en una jungla...
No sé cuántas versiones se hicieron, pero creo que mas allá de los colores, si venían con cubierta de caja o con barra antivuelco, solo hubo una evolución, que era el agregado de una luz en una especie de antena bastante burda.
Al final le pedí a mi hermana en Argentina que contactara con el vendedor y pudo comprar esa que tenía en oferta, y un viaje que hice en estos días pude traermela para que la disfrute mi pibe también... Está impecable, solo con las calcomanías un poquito despegadas, pero ya le hice un mantenimiento.

Si me hubieran mostrado este video antes de cursar "Teoria de Control" en la facu, seguramente que le hubiera presetado 100 veces mas atención que la que le presté... lo único que me acuerdo es que el libro era de tapa azul, y que había mucho Lagrange por ahí (Ingeniería de Control Moderna, Katsuhiko Ogata).
If I would have been invited to see this video before taking "Theory of Control" at the University, I'm sure that I was going to pay 100 times more attention that what I did... the only thing that I remember is that we used a blue book, and that there was a lot of lagrange in there (Modern Control Engineering, Katsuhiko Ogata).

He creado este modelo 3D de un playmobil tomando las dimensiones con un calibre de un muñeco real. El modelo ha sido creado en CATIA v5 R21 y subido a GrabCAD y Thingiverse, donde también se pueden encontrar otros formatos (.stp, .igs, .model, .stl).
I've created this Playmobil model taking the dimensions with a caliper from a real playmobil toy. The model has been created using CATIA v5 R21 and uploaded to GrabCAD and Thingiverse, where you can also find other file formats (.stp, .igs, .model, .stl).

En este post trataré de explicarles básicamente cuáles son los componentes electrónicos necesarios para armar una impresora 3D, por lo menos en cuanto a la estructura básica y por supuesto tomando el ejemplo de mi impresora (pueden haber otras configuraciones, claro está). Printable Playmobil Airplane
Les presento aquí un avioncito simple para muñecos playmobil diseñado para ser impreso en impresoras 3D tipo reprap.
Los archivos se pueden descargar de los links que les dejo mas abajo, colgados de Thingiverse y GrabCAD.
El fuselage tiene que ser impreso boca abajo y por eso la carlinga (cabina del piloto) tiene una columna circular que hace las veces de soporte para el suelo ya que este queda en voladizo. Pueden usar esta columna o quitarla y usar la opción de dar soporte que del software de impresión que estén usando.

You can download the .stl files and also .stp or .igs from the following links in Thingiverse or GrabCAD.
The fuselage should be printed upside down, that's why it has a circular column in the playmobil cabin to support the floor when printing it as a bridge. You can either use this column or remove it and use your preferred support setup in your printing software.
Be careful when renting a car from Budget rent-a-car
Si todavía no lo sabes, Budget es la companía low-cost de Avis rent-a-car. Y si tampoco lo sabes todavía, la mayoría de las cosas "low-cost" vienen siempre acompañadas de sorpresas no muy gratas.
If you don't know it yet, Budget is the low cost part of Avis. And if you don't know it yet, low cost things in most of the cases bring "hidden" surprises.
