Si tienes que recuperar Windows 7 en tu laptop/netbook y no tienes una unidad de DVD, te dejo luego del salto una forma comprobada de cómo generar un pendrive USB de recuperación de sistema, que te permitirá reescribir la MRB en caso de que, por ejemplo, hayas querido instalar Linux y luego te hayas arrepentido borrando las particiones.

Si por alguna razón extraña (como instalar Linux junto a Win 7 y luego tratar de desinstalarlo) se pierde el booteo, o si querés quitarte de encima Linux y el GRUB (lanzador de linux que permite seleccionar entre diferentes sistemas operativos), lo mejor que podés hacer es tener un pendrive con una imagen de Windows 7 y cuando se lanza, en vez de darle al "Instalar" le das a "Recuperar", abrís una ventana de comando (cmd) y ejecutas lo siguiente.

If due to an extrange reason (like try to install Linux with Win 7 and then try to remove it) yo loose the boot, o if you just want to get rid of Linux and its GRUB, the best thing that you can do is to have a bootable pendrive with Win 7, run it and when you get the window with the "Install" button, select "Recovery/Repair", then you can open a command window and you should execute the following:

bootrec.exe /fixmbr

bootrec.exe /fixboot

Estos son los viejos comandos FIXMBR y FIXBOOT que venían con XP, pero en Win 7 se ejecutan desde bootrec.

Des esta manera recuperarás el Master Boot Record (MRB) y repararás el booteo.

Luego ya podés usar el particionador de disco de Win 7 para recuperar el espacio de disco que estaba usando Linux.

These are the old FIXMBR and FIXBOOT commands from XP, but now in Win 7 they are executed from bootrec.

By doing this you will recover the Master Boot Record (MBR) and repair the boot capability.

Then you can use the driver partition manager from Win 7 to recover the disk space used by Linux.
